A yellow ipe that is in the area of COOMAP’s fertilizer warehouse, on Alameda Evanirce Bueno Rocha, threatened to fall because of the wind, was saved by a real “engineering work”, developed by 3 Coomap’s staff members . A wooden anchor was made, with posts nailed and screwed, to keep the tree upright and prevent the trunk from yielding again until roots get recovered. Every year, the ipe gets full of yellow flowers, turning a gray street in a piece of art and filling the eyes of those who pass by! …
