During this week, COOMAP is promoting at Poliesportivo Dom Bosco and at COOMAP Specialty Coffee Lab. The course on Classification and Tasting of Special Coffees, for members, family members and employees, following all of the guidelines of the health authorities.
The course is taught by Senar Minas/Rural Union of Paraguaçu, through instructor Anderson Ferreira Luz, and has a vast amount of content. Among tops covered are: learning about quality factor as a differential, the attributions of the coffee classifier/selector, roasting, grinding and tasting processes, and the taste calibration, allowing to distinguish different sensory attributes of the beverage.
The search for the quality of the coffee produced by the cooperative members is part of COOMAP’s strategic positioning, always seeking to meet the needs of its producers, as well as sustainability in the activities it develops. COOMAP 64 years old. Cultivating work, harvesting results!
