Another course offered by COOMAP for its members and their families started this Tuesday, with a 24-hour workload: Artisanal Production of Fruit Pulp, taught by Senar Minas/Rural Union of Paraguaçu, through instructor Gabriella Santos, bringing together nine participants at Dom Bosco Sportscourt.
The course teaches how to identify and conserve fruits, sanitize them, know their nutritional value and how to freeze them, produce pulp and prepare products using frozen fruits or pulps. It also teaches about health, safety at work and environmental cares, and finally management skills, such as work organization and planning.
With this training, COOMAP provides knowledge to its members, their families and the whole community allowing them to have another income source and consequently better quality of life. COOMAP, for 64 years cultivating work, harvesting results!
