On March, 29th 2017 there was a great event at COOMAP. More than 110 women got together at COOMAP for the 1st Cooperative Female Members Meeting which took place at the new headquarter hall, in the industrial district. The aim of this event was to strengthen female presence at the cooperative and show women that it’s also their place. Participants were inhabitants of several neighborhoods in the rural area of our town. ]they were able to have an interesting chat with Soloni viana, journalist, who brilliantly conducted a lecture with the following subject: “The field women’s strength: lessons to empowering and rural female work appreciation. On this same day women were also able to sign up for professionalizing courses that will happen on the second semester in the rural areas.
