Coomap participated on March, 27th of the 16th UNIFENAS Univesity Extension Forum, in Alfenas.
The event subject was Sustainability and Environment Preservation. The following staff from COOMAP were present: Nilson Andrande, President; Renato Jose de Melo, General Manager and Bárbara Gurgel, Social Environmental Projects Coordinator. They were able to explain the cooperative view of the forum subject. The diocese bishop, Don José Lanza Neto, Father Reginaldo da Silva and Deacon Sérgio Bernardes and Vinicius Pereira Silva were present at the event and were able to talk about the 2017 Fraternity Campaign theme: Fraternity: Brazilian Biomes and life defense
During the event COOMAP representatives highlighted the importance of preservation work performed and of our members environmental awareness awakening.
