This week, COOMAP is holding the 40-hour Agricultural Tire Tractor Course – Operation with Implements, in partnership with Senar Minas/Rural Union of Paraguaçu. The course takes place at Sítio Pé de Serra, in the Serra neighborhood and follows all of the Covid-19 prevention health determinations.
In all, 10 people participate in this training, including cooperative members and rural workers who use tractors. The course methodology includes basic knowledge about structure and components of the agricultural tractor, main causes of accidents and good practices in health and safety at work, and with the environment, among other contents. And in the practical part, participants learn the adjustment, maintenance, adaptation, attachment and decoupling of implements safely, in addition to other skills.
By enabling the producer for this type of work, COOMAP is once again fulfilling its mission, which is to promote the economic, social, environmental and technological development of its members, cultivating partnerships, working responsibly and valuing people.
