COOMAP, through the Department of Sustainability – Social Projects, held, on Saturday, the 3rd Meeting of our member’s staff. The event took place in one of its warehouses and was attended by more than 40 people. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, this year the meeting was restricted to employees, who attended without their family members.
Participants arrived around 7:30 am for registration and a small health action, where they could check blood pressure and measure capillary glucose. After a delicious breakfast, the work was started. During the morning, lectures were held on the following topics: Accounting and Labor Doubts, Environmental Care and Dynamics with the psychology team on Emotional Health. After the lectures, lunch was served, followed by the closing of the event.
With this meeting, COOMAP recognizes the contribution of rural workers to the development of cooperative members, and understands that it is always necessary to value their work. This way, the meeting offered workers moments of reflection, health, space for coexistence and leisure, creating new opportunities for qualification and personal development.
