The 16th edition of the Input Joint Purchase brought together cooperative’s producers at Dom Bosco Sports Court, on September 5th. Every year, the Cooperative conducts a soil analysis for each producer, and subsequently uses the interpretation of the soil analysis for the correct acquisition, and measuring of fertilizers for each crop.
In addition to fertilizers, during the Input Joint Purchase, other products were available to producers with special price conditions, such as pesticides, herbicides, foliar herbicides, corn seeds and many others. Taking into consideration the moment to prepare and care for next year’s coffee crop.
“The Input Joint Purchase allows COOMAP to meet the needs of each of our cooperative members who participated in the event. And throughout the day, we were able to receive the producers and attend to everyone, in a calm manner, according to what we had planned”, said COOMAP commercial supervisor, Lucas Junqueira.
Producer José Nery de Oliveira was one of the coffee growers who participated in the event. “Since the Input Joint Purchase started, we have always bought the fertilizers here. The price, the method of payment, everything is in the farmer’s favor”, he said.
Domingos Sávio de Araújo, from Guaipava neighborhood, was also present in the Input Joint Purchase to buy the necessary fertilizers. “The Input Joint Purchase is one of the best things for us, because it offers good conditions when it comes to buying and paying with our own coffee. Since when it started, I only buy the inputs here and it has worked, always at a good price”, said Domingos.
With the Input Joint Purchase, COOMAP seeks, once again, to meet the cooperative members’ needs in the best possible way, always aiming for their economic development. COOMAP, for 65 years cultivating work, harvesting results.
