COOMAP, together with SENAR and the Rural Union in Paraguaçu – MG, offered from April, 5th to 8th, two professionalizing courses on Fruit pulp processing. The instructor was Miniza Marriene, from Passos – Minas Gerais.
There were 23 stundents in the course and now they’re able to extract the pulp from several local fruits and preserve them in order to prepare juices and other foods.
COOMAP is salso offering to local farmers several other free courses in the following áreas: handicraft, cooking, feeding, health, and so on.
