Employees at COOMAP got together last Saturday, December 3rd, in order to learn about nutrition education and healthy habits. All of the staff were previously examined by Josy Borim, nutrionist, in order to obtain information like weight, meals routine. They also had their blood samples analyzed in order to check Glucose, triglycerides and cholesterol. After results were made available, the nurse Ana Isabel and the before mentioned nutritionist, made a project so that workers can improve their lives quality, including a personalized diet with food variation suggestions that take into consideration each workers routine. Employees were also instructed to practice physical exercises regularly. COOMAP worries about its staff quality of life and expects that this project results be positive in order to improve everyone’s health. COOMAP – cultivating work, harvesting result.
